    They are adding Fiber wiring connections to my area. Talked to the worker and he said that the new upgrade is to insure that downtimes and pings don't happen. Still skeptical though, but they seem like my best chance at an upgrade, and I really don't want Worldcall.

    Just caught up with most of the development. Fiberlink seems tempting to replace Worldcall, and I have no desire to switch to PTCL. Hopefully the underground cable issue resolves soon and I'll definitely try to arrange a switch to it. P.S: You're awesome, frazgta!
