According to TES themselves, as well as Cybernet reps, Stormfiber takes lease line from TES...Plz give a feedback of its services, Im currently deciding btw TES and stormfiber. Sick of PTCL
Anyway, as another post above said, I've found Storm to have consistent download speed of 20Mbps as advertised but upload speed consistent of 5Mbps...The upload speed can be increased if you call and speak to the Stormfiber rep. TES Customer service, when I was trying to get the connection, was not extremely responsive (I think they had too much stuff going on with new connections etc) - Storm on the other hand has excellent customer service with query turnaround time of a few hours. They installed the connection in a week, sent SMS/Email alerts about the whole process and their sales and tech rep personally called to see if I needed any other issues resolved.
IMHO, Strom will be slightly more expensive in the long run, works well because Cybernet has tech and customer handling experience and runs as advertised. TES will do most of that with maybe a little less emphasis on customer handling. Either way, as things stand currently, you can't really go wrong with either. Hopefully it stays that way for both and they don't screw it up
