    they have pathetic management, for IPTV they reduced channels resolution to 480*576 few months back and i complained to CEO regarding this and they changed resolution to 720*576 16:9 but now they again reverted back to 480*576 and i again filed complaint. PTCL is really Pain

    i am on VDSL2 10mbps package and line parameters are perfect but in peak hours only get half of the bandwidth and in offpeak hours around 10mbps and i have sent email to higher ups for resolution and they are saying its shared package

    today i received call from 1218 against my complaint that the Home users are being offered shared packages and minimum speed they will get is 60% of subscribed package. what is the policy regarding this ?? if we are paying 10mb charges we should get 10mb is the line parameters are perfect
