This does make sense, lol. Even on a 4 MB, it will still take a long while to download the whole game + requires space on hard disk.

Horizon is just for sticking things into the "360 partition" portion, the space that your 360 HDD reserves .. for extracting the easiest thing to use is something like this:

Horizon is used when you're injecting DLC content, title updates or GOD (Games on Demand) versions of games .. if you only intend to extract images and use something like XEX Menu to run the extracted ISO's, you'll need the thing i linked above. Using it is simple enough, just like any image browser.

Anyway, Whats the best software to extract isos for the rgh, can I use Horizon (the software) for that purpose? .Also, should I install xexmenu or fsd or both?!

param.sfo is in important file for PSP games. It is usually included in the UMD version of the ISO. I think it is missing from the two ISOs, that you are trying to convert.
Try another method. The HD Remaster won't work for every other game. I am sure it won't work for Type-0. In that case, we have to go with regular PSP game version.
