Guys i need help, I am not gaining either weight or mass, my weight is around 71-72kg with a height of 6 feet. I have veins popping everywhere on my arms and even on my feet. I don't look skinny, i look weak and everyone says this when meet them after a month or two. What to do?
I always have a good breakfast which is a single egg with a glass of milk, lunch is usually 2 roti's with salan at office, in the evening i have a little dry fruits and 1.5 roti for the dinner.
I do hit the gym but it's not consistent, days vary and its usually 3-4 times in a week. Sometimes on weekend i also play football.
There is another issue, i get motions easily so i don't increase my diet and with that fear i sometime cut the roti buy half.
Please guide me how do i get bulky? i have never used supplements before should i do them?

bros i started gym just 2 days ago. I am in a lot of pain, especially arms and stiffed neck. I heard it happens when you start gym. Is there anyway to ease the pain.

Keep your electrolytes consumption high in the initial days(salt in water). It helps relieve cramps.
If pain is unbearable, you can take ponstan/paracetamol/brufen.

Bro, what you need are calories! You should try what I've been doing for the last 3 months or so, I've really started to see a difference now. Make a homemade weight gainer!!

What you're going to need is:-
1) 250ml Whole Milk
2) 250ml Yogurt
3) 3 Medium Sized or 2 Large Bananas
4) 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
5) 2 Tbsp Oats
6) 1 Scoop of ON Whey Protein (If you can get it, it would be really beneficial. The rest of the stuff is cheap and easy to get)

Blend all of it and chug it. It's a large serving, but try and finish all of it in one sitting. Although I drink this concoction two times a day, one at noon and one later in the evening, you should do what your body accepts. It's quite thick and takes a while to digest so you might end up feeling bloated. Add this to your diet along with the other meals.

I can really see the bulk showing up on my body, but make sure to hit the gym or do some sort of physical activity because if you don't this might end up giving you a tummy.

Just salt in water? or other ingredients can also be mixed like orange and lemon juice, honey and baking soda as found on youtube?

a tiny off topic thing. i heard and read to have brown rice to gain mass. i went to many shops and shopkeepers came up with brown rus instead of brown rice. what is urdu term for brown rice?

Uhh... still brown rice? Just go to a supermarket and get it yourself.

Form my understanding on 100% whey seems to be the best but the price are varying a lot from person to person.

It really is the best. you can also consider Muscle Tech. I have used muscle tech and its quiet satisfying.

Whey. I dont buy from Pakistan because I cant trust ppl here. at some shops its as high as 12k and via some online store its as low as 7k so I dont know what to go for. I usually ask friends coming from Malaysia or gulf countries to bring a 5lb whey protein box for me. It cost me around 7k. I am not sure who to trust in Pakistan.

Just bought ON whey protein powder and creatine powder from time medico.I will take a scoop of whey protein powder after workout.but not sure when to take creatine powder pre-workout post-workout or both? @puppet @Captain Wajji @AbbY
