Never had any fake stuff from Jacked. I always check the products I buy from them via the manufacturer. Plus they have a 200% cashback incentive, if you have been sold fake supps.

Sportsone is the official distributors of ON, yes, but they charge the MOST. Don't know how you can say they have 'sweet prices'. They overcharge everything, and give you 0% discount. In fact, they have big stickers all over their shops that say "FIXED PRICE, NO BARGAINING". Meanwhile, I have a membership of Jacked, and they give me 10% discount on all supps (except those of Jym) for 1500 annually. So, I would never recommend Sportsone over Jacked.

Anyway even if sportsone is expensive i would rather go with official distributor. Since this thing can affect health and I am simply not willing to risk it.
The only way to really test supplements is a lab test.

They require the lot number, packaging pictures, last 4 digits of the ISBN for verification. And that's just the secondary stuff, I have been using supplements since 2012, so I can spot a fake just from observing the packaging throughly (taste and mixability is another thing altogether). Prior to trying the local vendors, I was exclusively importing my supps from BB.com. I was circumspect of the quality here as well, but once I tested the waters, things weren't half as bad.

My most recent visit to Jacked (F11), was last month, got ON Whey from them for 7650/- (with the 10% discount) - was original stuff through and through. Before that, I got the same whey for 8800/- from SportsOne in Blue Area. That's a significant difference right there. You can get it even cheaper online - from Synergize and Well.pk - but you are never sure with a local blackbox transaction involving supps.

GNC - haven't tried it. Went to their Centaurus outlet in 2015, and the prices were extreme. I can't remember correctly but they were selling ON Whey 5 lb for like 10k. Are their prices lower now? Can you please elaborate?

This is ultra common. Whenever you don't have a 'seal' on a legit ON tub, it's going to be on the inside of the cap.

Furthermore, the beauty of Jacked Nutrition is, whenever in doubt, you can go to them and ask for their import papers and shipment logs. Abbas is very helpful and they value their customers a lot..

Educate yourself about that buddy! It's very common for the inner seal to be off on ON products (BSN too). Read up on it, and also read up as to why it happens. =)

I do know its a common problem but you failed to read what i said. I will repeat for you again so you can "educate"yourself.
I said seal is off whenever i get it from jacked. It has never happened with gnc or direct import from bb.com. So i felt a pattern here and when in doubt i try to stay away and stick to official distributors.
Nothing to quarrel about here.
You prefer paying less to an unofficial reseller. I chose to pay more to an official distributor for peace of mind.

Heres my meal plan
300g chicken breast at iftar
7mg BCAAs
After 2 hours
3 shami kabab and 1 glass milk
After another 2 hours
Whey protein 2 scoops
Another 2 hours later
3eggs omelette and 50 gram mozarella cheese
At sehri
1 scoop casein
2 scoop peanut butter
In between meals i snack on 1 oz walnuts

Workout as per convenience. Usually gyms are jam packed around 8 to 11. So i prefer going around that time.
You can also go during roza if fat loss is your goal.
Last ramzan i used to go twice a day. Once before iftar once after. Got me shreded.

How does one exactly eat raw cheese? I've been told by many to eat cottage cheese but never been told how. I don't think I can eat cheese out of the box. And instead of omelettes, I do 3 boiled eggs. It's the same thing right?

I add peanut butter to this homemade mass gainer shake that I make. Is there a more efficient way to consume it?

Marinate it with red wine vinegar, lemon, half teaspoon olive oil. Add some herbs and spices. Cook it on a steak grill on very low heat. Patience is the key.
I can eat cottage cheese raw it tastes good. You can make a sandwich from it too.
Yes boiled eggs and omelette is the same thing.
I eat raw peanut butter because i like the taste and it reduces apetite.

2 hours after iftar seems good.
Or if you want to lose fat do it just before iftar.

IF you arent deep frying then
1. you dont need alot of oil use only 1 tbsp..since chicken releases water, even better I would suggest to use a bit of butter instead of oil..
2. Mid heat..dont go in too high or too low....

if heat is too low, chicken will get super oily and start to become rubbery
if heat is too high it will get crispy from outside but remain raw inside..

you want to go at it from medium heat which allows it to be cooked properly and give it a crispy outside.

You can buy those electrical grills. They saved my life. Just put breast in the grill for 10 minutes and it turns put perfectly done.

Its small like a sandwich maker. Works like one too. Put in the breast. Close lid and leave it for 10 minites
