I have heard if I will do the same machines daily it will slow down my weight loss e g 15 minutes of elliptical and 15 minutes of stationary cycle if I do both every day my body will get used to it , wtf is this

visited local gym in my area,guys who were working out there were looking more like pehelwans.... if we want a ripped body like tiger shroff,what exercises should we do,can we achieve body like that by running and not going to gym?

Yes. Because you need to increase time and intensity for it to take effect.

15 minutes with more intensity works.

So should I switch times? Means 1 day 20 mins other day 15 minutes etc?

They lift lighter weights , cutting and bulking are 2 different things

you will lose fats in weight training routines , but dont include so much fatty stuff in your diet
yar if i eat a very low carb diet means only 2 bran bread slices on break fast and no carbs whole day , just protein , fibers and alots of water is that enough?? and should i do weight training too? cuz now adays i am only focusing on cardio , i have heard resistance training can burn more fat then cardio ,, very confused :/

yeah ofc you can do weight training even if you got fats and everyone should do ,

and if you will get so much proteins and wont gain muscles by working out you may get problems
so train yourself too , and well what i had in plan was , weight training in normal days and cardio in rest days , so you dont need to do cardio everyday , just make it once a week or in the rest days

Im starting gym from Monday inshallah and i qould love to know any perfecr exercise to reduce my freaking love handles. Every shirt i try gets stuck at them. Any expert here who can guide me?.

hmmmmmmm i have never tried to loose weight but i would say, eat simple and only 3 times a day vegi, salad, roti than exercising cycle should bring you in your natural shape. if protein source ? is natural it may hinder your goal to become light.

Every body has its own unique chemistry, like some have soft tissues, containing a little more water than others so they look big puffy even if they dont have that much muscle tissue. Others have less water retention and there muscles have more visibility they have less weight.

i have also earned a tummy :) after a very long time i did abdomen core workout and it was hell hard. couldnt finished it as expected.
