with a glass of milk if your stomach is good , i mean if i talk about myself i can eat 3-4 bananas before cardio but if i'd intake something liquid in the quantity that makes my stomach filled so i cant run and if i run faster for long time , then cramps would happen
or you have to atleast wait for 30-45 mins before running , then i think milk will be good or milk shake too
i have 1-1.5 hours time before run......... what would be ideal breakfast
