hmmmmmmm i have never tried to loose weight but i would say, eat simple and only 3 times a day vegi, salad, roti than exercising cycle should bring you in your natural shape. if protein source ? is natural it may hinder your goal to become light.
Every body has its own unique chemistry, like some have soft tissues, containing a little more water than others so they look big puffy even if they dont have that much muscle tissue. Others have less water retention and there muscles have more visibility they have less weight.
