I have no idea about Saddar but you can try Murshid Medico, Saba Avenue, Phase 6. Or even Aghas Supermarket. If all else fails, then go for GNC but prepared to get ripped off big time

Join the gym, take it slow. Basically get a proper trainer and not a cardio instructor.
Been about a month or so since I started cleaning up my diet after a long time. University assignments and work combined led to no gym and a shit diet, severe loss of gains and a one big flat tyre around the waist.
I compared some of my recent snaps to some old ones, turns out I have cut down quite a bit.
Time to hop back on that gain train.

Any of you have an issue with the weight slipping of your hands during deadlifts? I tried 120KG for the first time and my hands were about to slip right off around the 4th rep, while using straps too.

At least that's how I did it.Man I took nearly a year and a half to reach 120KG, with about 2-3 months in between with not working out at all because of exams/coming back to Pakistan etc. You'll be there much quicker as long as you remain consistent. Do you use a belt btw, I've never tried one.

It's also a good idea to take progress photos in general, really helps you see how far you've come. I have pictures all the way back to when I started, comparing them can be motivating (or demotivating depending on your change).
So, my local supplement store had a massive ''Diwali' Sale here in Malaysia, everything was from 30-40% off. I couldn't resist, got myself a whole supply for the coming next months.
