Fuck GNC!! Theyll charge you at least 1k more for the same supplement. Im not sure about Saddar but many medical stores keep it nowadays
I have heard alot of stores are keeping fake products !! If you know of any genuine stores or specifically a supplement store please share !

I have no idea about Saddar but you can try Murshid Medico, Saba Avenue, Phase 6. Or even Aghas Supermarket. If all else fails, then go for GNC but prepared to get ripped off big time

I want to join gym but m confused..many people told me that u wont get mass and u will only get cuttings.but i dont like that..
how can i get mass??

Join the gym, take it slow. Basically get a proper trainer and not a cardio instructor.

Been about a month or so since I started cleaning up my diet after a long time. University assignments and work combined led to no gym and a shit diet, severe loss of gains and a one big flat tyre around the waist.

I compared some of my recent snaps to some old ones, turns out I have cut down quite a bit.

I certainly hope you mean similar to my after shot, wouldn't wish that belly even to my mortal enemy. :D

Any of you have an issue with the weight slipping of your hands during deadlifts? I tried 120KG for the first time and my hands were about to slip right off around the 4th rep, while using straps too.

Just eat whatever you see at this stage; the aim is to not be skinny anymore ... :D At least that's how I did it.

Man I took nearly a year and a half to reach 120KG, with about 2-3 months in between with not working out at all because of exams/coming back to Pakistan etc. You'll be there much quicker as long as you remain consistent. Do you use a belt btw, I've never tried one.

No belt yet since the weight is far away from being "respectable" but i guess u should use it as 120KG is a lot of weight

2000rs PKR ki sirf aik belt lo ab. Itne ki he straps lyay, usse pehle i7 pe paisey jharray. Kharcha he khatam nai hora :tv: Well, I suppose it's a better alternative to a broken back.

I'm only at 50kg with deadlift :'(
Though it's only been a month since I started deadlifts.
Might post a before and after shot of myself tomorrow :p
Don't compare the weight man, you're doing great as it is. You only have yourself and your own progress to compare to. (y)

It's also a good idea to take progress photos in general, really helps you see how far you've come. I have pictures all the way back to when I started, comparing them can be motivating (or demotivating depending on your change).

So, my local supplement store had a massive ''Diwali' Sale here in Malaysia, everything was from 30-40% off. I couldn't resist, got myself a whole supply for the coming next months. :D Wanted to try a couple of other proteins as well so I got them at the best possible time I could ... and I got a free shaker-cup.

First time I'm using anything outside of just protein powder so let's see how the next few months shape up.

Started benching 63.5Kg since a couple of weeks now and it's gotten quite tough. Maxed out 45Kg on the machine for the triceps. Gonna have to move the Wings to 90Kg, doing 81 right now, real dam hard.
