No, I have to get in tone muscle wise, good shoulders, biceps triceps acc to them, perfect chest, need to reduce belly fat don't wish for six pack but a good shape abdomen and last but not least buttocks and thighs.^ so what do mean exactly by getting in shape? wanna lose fat or build muscle ?
if u meant to lose fat and get in shape then u should try HIIT,you can do it with a jump rope as well.i am not fat but doing it along with my workout to burn all the fat,it will help to build the muscle mass.and you will get in shape.
