^ so what do mean exactly by getting in shape? wanna lose fat or build muscle ?
if u meant to lose fat and get in shape then u should try HIIT,you can do it with a jump rope as well.i am not fat but doing it along with my workout to burn all the fat,it will help to build the muscle mass.and you will get in shape.

No, I have to get in tone muscle wise, good shoulders, biceps triceps acc to them, perfect chest, need to reduce belly fat don't wish for six pack but a good shape abdomen and last but not least buttocks and thighs.

then just do a little research,pick any workout plan which u like and follow it(just have faith in it,results will come but with patience),search bodybuilding website for this purpose,rest for atleast 3 days in a week,in these rest days perform Cardio exersices,do HIIT imo as the lean muscle is only achievable when u burn the excess fat,also u can reduce that belly fat.and for nutrition ask the other guyz over here as i am still a newbie :)

Yes, I do have alot of belly fat specially on sides which looks really bad, as per research I'm watching guides over youtube

I know how that feels bro, I'm 5'6" myself. :/ But I'm still only 17 so there's a chance I MIGHT actually grow and inch or two, but I haven't grown a single mm since I was 14.WTF is going on?

I used to be a skinny guy [My weight varies between 45Kg -50Kg]
now i am 58K as i increased my intake and now guess what, i have got fatty sides and an increased belly size where belly button is located.
Any idea how to reduce the fat or what ever it is called. The fat has destroyed my abs completely :(

what is this? chicken wings? Your weights for exercise are a bit messed up. I never trusted the trainers locally sometimes they are helpful giving you a correct form for exercise. My change in body physique was all about extensive research and i gained alot of lean muscle in some months.

Choosing weight is all about trail and error it takes time if you are beginner. I will recommend choose a weight where you can't do one more rep after 12 reps if you can it means you have to increase your weight.

Just remember to do compound movements only and maintain 6-12 reps in all exercises. Well done. (y)

twister is a good machine for fats on sides of belly as zainu said.

Lol same here. Growth spurts are triggered are 13(or so) and at 18/19, so be optimistic. You still can get a couple of inches out of that. Height growth continues till 20-21 so you're good.
The same's for me though. Even 5'6'' would be better than now -__-

I was 5'3 for about 3 years straight before I hit climax. 6ft atm but apparently still growing. Mine was at 17

You wanna get same boxed type setup? wats the use of that? get standalone weights as you wish e.g. if you're new to wieght lifting thn consider getting arm 10-20kg first and working yuor way up frm there.

Location: I got it from a Gym Equipment shop near Universal Stores Off. Bahadurabad. That was waay back in 2004 tho so dont know current abt metal price...

bottom line is you'll get it cheaper if you get loose weights thn box sets. Your call.

Thanks, actually i am noob and if you can send me pictures of loose weights so i can get idea and also if you have any contact number it will be helpful for me as currently i am out of country.
