no you fidgeting cat, even if you play offline you can be banned WHEN you go online. the profiles saves the games you play and when you play them.
the release date is 13th nov for the game and i dont think they will ban because if u had ur 360 unplugged prior to playing the game and then playing offline then the game will be played in 2005 LOL and besides theres no online in the game anyway
baah, so basically Live = screwjob device for piraters, the best thing would be to not have live at all in that case .. especially since all firmware updates etc can be separately downloaded anywho.
