xbox 360 live for only 1 time

i was thinking if i use xbox live only 1 time to avail the facilities from marketplace and activate multimedia contents from xbox live, is it possible. im using modded 360, can ill be still banned if i only use for little period?

Many people cclaim to be playing CoD BO online.

Even if u have the dashboard .... dont u need to play an AP 2.5 game first to get flagged.

i am still wondering how ppl are playing black ops online with out geting banned - either the ban hammer has not started - or there consoles are flaged allready .

well if you are using stealth firmware then their is no issue of getting ban. just dont play ap2.5 security games like Assasin creed brotherhood, fable 3, need for speed. i have updated my xbox360 to new dashboard and playing COD Blackops online with no problem and new lt firmware is on its way which will allow us to play AP2.5 security games. so in my opinion you can go live as long you dont play ap2.5 security games

Dont play Ap 2.5 games.. go online.. download the media update.. log off..

FYI, I've been playing Medal of Honor and BFBC2 on live since the past week and a half for 7 hours each day.. no ban yet.. (Lite touch)

    That's still higher than it's total play length. A 5 hour campaign for a $50 game is downright scammy.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.
