WTB from Galaxy read this before buying!!!!!

Okay guyz so this is the thread which i wanted to make desperately to let u know tht wht galaxy ppl have become..... i m posting my experience here and i want all of u guyz to post ur experience as well so the newcomers should know tht wht galaxy has become........

Okay so most of the ppl here know tht i bought a system and i was having some problems i went to galaxy and my gpu was giving me problems.... so i gave them my card and told em that i want to claim in it warranty..... I had a EVGA GTX 260 Superclocked edition GPU and the guy named Salman at their customer service office told me keh haath k haath mere se GTX 260 lay lo with paying 1500 difference and with continuation warranty i told them wtf..... I am giving u a card which is in warranty and i have to pay 1500 to get a new card with continuation warranty he told me keh yaar tumhe 1 month wait nahin karna parega i told him mujhe abhi card do and i wont pay you anything after lot of 'maghaz maari'..... i agreed to pay him 2k to give me EVGA GTX 260 Superclocked with full warranty and then he told me keh i dont have gtx 260 superclocked i have the normal one.... i was like wtf itna time zaaya kia aur phir cheez bhi woh nahin day rahay..... i told him to claim this thing in warranty i will wait when this card will be replaced..... now when i got a call from galaxy that my card has arrived i went there and then when he bought the card it was the normal one not the superclocked one..... he told me keh yaar aisa hota hai keh jab aap card do toh aap ko wohi card nahin milta i said i wont accept the card i want the superclocked one ya phir i want black edition he told me for black edition i will have to pay 2.5k i said why would i pay for it when the prices are almost the same..... he told me keh yaar maine tumhaaray liye new piece mangwaya bilkul packed hai etc etc.... but i told him i wod not accept the card..... he told me evga gtx 275 lay lo by paying 6k i said i wod pay only 2k for gtx 275 not more than tht.... but the last he bought was the current difference rate i.e 4.5k....... and then after 2 hrs of argue and time waste..... i got this card.... i know i got ripped off but i was helpless i insulted tht gaaliyan di unko sab kia but usne baat nahin maani...... so i paid him 4.5k difference and got evga gtx 275.....

So the bottom line is tht galaxy ppl are jerks @$$ holes..... dont buy from there.... yeh kahan ka asool hai keh ek acha card day kar aap usse halka card lo...... their customer service sucks big time....... so this was my last dealing with galaxy now i will never buy anything from galaxy...... i want all of u to post your experience as well.......

returened in waranty tab bhi jaldi karne ke liye 2k do
phir jabv wapis aya to normal version.....aur black edition ke liye 2k....uffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
aur phir 4k de kar 275 liya..
wallahe lootete hain galaxy wale..
trust me when i got to lahore..i will be getting my stuff from czone intead of this f*****g galaxy

@Corrupted: I was thinking to buy E6300 from galaxy but now i won't. Believe me whenever i went there to purchase something there behaviour was like k mery uper ehsan kar rahey hain, and when i went to purchase my LCD and asked them about dead pixel warrenty claim then at 1st they totally disagreed and told me what dead pixel?? I was like shocked k salay lcd sell kar rahe hain and don't know what is dead pixel???

True...Also dont buy processors from galaxy because they are giving 1yr warranty for it . The intel boxed processors has 3yr warranty...so i decided to buy pentium dual core E5300 from Pakistan Office products dealer with official warranty card....

as a coincidence i was actually there yesterday at the same time corrupted was there, i was there to claim warranty on my frnd's p5kpl-vm mobo which was bought last year in august.......my frnd lost the receipt of galaxy but we had shingtech warranty card........so i ask the guy there that i want to claim mobo warranty, he asked for receipt, i said we don't have it but we have warranty card of shingtech so it should be a problem coz the product is registered with a serial no.

We reached galaxy at around 5:45 (6 tak hota hai warranty dealing), the guy said we can't take it, you have to go to shingtech directly....i said ok chalo chalay jatay hain shingtech, pocha to pata chala k shingtech deals till 5 in the evening for warranty claims not after that........i asked the galaxy guy that we came from very far place and it will be real pain for us to come back again on tuesday to go to shingtech, so kindly u take this mobo and forward it to shingtech from ur end afterall it was bought from u guys......he started to give topian k ye wo falana dhimkana.......i didn't argue with him further then coz corrupted's gpu arrived there and he started a fight with them, so everybody was interested in that.........

now i thought these guys make records when we purchase stuff, so they must have our records too and they can give us duplicate receipt, i asked the guy in their sales shop that can u give me duplicate receipt, he denied straight away, i asked you guys should hve records of every sale u make, so it shouldn't be a problem for u to just track mine and print a duplicate receipt for me but no use...........

So this is the story of galaxy's great after sales service coming down to low down nukar wali shop ki after sales support......

i would aslo like to mention that the guy who brought corrupted's gpu was giving some lame shitty excuse that they have been given some 10 gpus of 5770 only in this region and this and that, aap k forum par to pata nhi kya kya likha hoa hai k ham itna zada profit layrahay hain (lolzzzzzzzzz they are aware of their pwnage on pg)..........

I was thinking to buy a PC from them, but now you have made me rethink, I had the same experience with a RAM I bought from Reliance computers, they took my RAM which had chips on both sides ( I do not know the technical name ) but gave me an old one with chips on just one side. My father sent a guy who fought the owner resulting in a blood bath, then we took it to Pakistan Office Products the importer of these things he immediately gave me a new one. So this thing is common. And where is this Czone you all are talking about? in UNI ?


And it is true that they take more profit.

@Dev: it's only in karachi but they ship the stuff nation wide so no problem there and believe me their customer support is greeeat

My personal experience with Czone i bought a GPU from them for 12.5K plus Rs.200 (shipping) and it got bad after 2-3 months and they returned me 12.7K

I had also gone for my mobo issues, and they said same thing, some shitty excuse that they cant send to shingtech, but my father really insulted them and at last that salman guy took my mobo to take to shingtech
