well we had a Creative forum which used to represent pakistan and it was great platform for every artist from pakistan the forum name was CGEXPANSE and that was my first forum i joined , i was registring there and i had to come up with some nick i chooses pleasant as it reflected my personality so i stumble upon this nick at various other forum i registered

I don't remember quite well. I woke up one day started using my online nick as Unknown Rebellion. Registered on pg with my name but changed it to my nick and then reduced it to Rebellion. For some reason Rebellion wasn't available when I tried to change it so its XxRebellionxX. My BF3 name.

Although I think I may have been influenced by Dante's sword in DMC. Liked the name of his sword quite a bit.

I wanted one short nick for all my forums and profiles, which was also unique in this world (because i hate "this username has been taken" error). I had derived my nick in 2011 from a satellite called "Ikonos".

So, ikonox pretty much serves the purpose as I managed a nick which comes 4th 5th even if u google it.

I wasnt sure of making it my full time name at first, but then my friends started calling me ikonox and hence i got used to it.

I got this nick when Harry Potter wasn't even out (his movies) . It goes way way back to the dial up era and my first every forums were some emulation website owned by some Israeli.

Still, Dark Lord is better suited for LOTR than the POS Harry Potter series. I don't even remember there was one in HP TBH.

All Hail Diablo, the lord of Terror.

Well as some of you may have guessed, this is related to Diablo video game series. Back in the late 90s I was really into demonic, creepy, paranormal stuff (who isn't during Junior High). Then my friend introduced Diablo to me... perfect timing. A great game with dark atmosphere and an amazing soundtrack.

The main villain of the game, The Prime Evil Diablo was truly inspirational. It's very rare the main villain of a video game can be this inspiring. Heck they even named the game after him. Around 2008 Diablo was also chosen the second greatest villain in video games by gamespot community event that lasted weeks of voting (hundreds of thousands of votes were casted and competition had villain from every major game one can think of). Diablo only came second to Darth Vader (some argued Daiblo was still the winner because Vader was a movie icon and the competition was for games). Eitherway, this is how inspiring Diablo truly is.

Anyway long story short. I started using Diablo as my nick during late 90s and early 2000s. Until Diablo became so common that I had to use different variations of the name. That is until Diablo 2 was released, and introduced the Prime Evil Mephisto and Prime Evil Baal. Brothers of Diablo.

Mephisto sounded cool - it was rare and not always taken, so I stuck with it.


Now I have variations of this name. I use Prime Evil Mephisto, or even Prime Evil Tahir (my real name) when Mephisto is taken.

My XBL ID is PrimeEvil_Tahir



What I hate:

People mistake Mephisto with MeMphisto. My nick has nothing to do with Memphis the city, or Memphis OS (later called windows 98). Please stop adding the extra M in my name lol!
