What THINGS to Check when Buying a USED Mobile Phone

As a Title say I want to know what to check most and basics things When Buying a Used Mobile Phone.
I am looking to buy a N95 so which things I should check and How ?
I never buy any USED mobile phone
before so I need All of you to Help me in this

best things is warranty and then check its repair or not always try to purchase a mobile without repair and in warranty

and the best rule always purchase new one because 2nd hand is 2nd hand

moreover Check the Phone Bluetooth By sending and reciving file
use two different sim atleast to check its reciving singals of both sims if not there must be problem
Do Check out The LCD that its pixel is not dead or something like that
Check out the Ringer
Check out the Vibrartor
Most Importantly Make call and listen it from earphone and loudspeaker as well and with handsfree and make sure the reciver is having clear voice
Check All the Keys By typing
Always by the Phone which has original battery and original charger with it becoz it can make fuss
and Do Check the Phone Phiscially by its conditon and keenly check out make sure there is no DENTS
And ALWAYS match UR IMEI with the Box and i dont prefers sets without box if u buy without box do take the sellers ID CARD copy and write down the imei of phone on it
Check the Phones Camera by taking picture and making video
Check the Card that its Formating or not
Do Try to Switch off and on the Phone and keep an eye on Battery level it will tell u the battery health
Check Out the Fm radio by connecting handsfree make sure it is reciving signals
And Most Importantly Check out the Charging By Connecting through charger make sure its charging the phone

Well the first things to check will be the screws of the mobile phone to see that if it is opened for repairing purposes or not but now a days the guys who sell used mobile phones when repair them they either change the screws i.e. insert new screws or put tisuue paper over the screws when opening or closing the screws with screw drivers, so that people who buy them dont get a feeling that its opened for that reason u should also check the sides of the mobile fone as when they remove the srews the fone is still abit hard to open so they sometimes use screw drivers or other accessories to open it from the sides so it get scraches, so do look out for that. Check the warranty i.e. it would be better to buy a mobile phone with warranty. Also check the condition of the phone. Check the charging, check it with different sim cards and also check the camera of the phone zoom etc. Thats all i think

yeah it is right there are several techniques to open the Screws without any evidence by Applying Tape a the tip of screw and gently open it
as hotagamerft said check the warranty i would say that i have seen the sets which is under warranty and has been opened for the repair As Hotagamerft said right the sides are the thing which is need to be check in that case

Oh and forgot to state that the mobile phone with warranty claimed i.e. has been repaired by the company of whose the warranty is(mobile zone, united etc) will have the sticker(sticker of the warranty provider company, that is usually below the battery or some where else) on one of the screws. So dont buy those phones which have the company sticker over one of the screw. This is very very important so be aware
