Medical in abroad countries can earn you pretty good. Finance/Accounting degrees are also very good for earning.. Actuarial sciences also have high salaries..

Being a professional in Medical field can bag you upto 30 lakh rupees per month working in UK. My friend's son is a doctor (surgeon) and is bagging that money for good

Otherwise do Phd in optics and go to Saudia for a 5.5 lakh package. I am not sure you'll get it though.
