We have that ptcl evo usb modem , the very same chip is installed in this device , so you can use cdma evo mobile internet services with this handset while on the go , as i cant see a front camera , so this set cannot be considered a 3G handset .
As far as the 3G service is concerned , i already posted on some other thread that mobilink is in talks with PTA and so is telenor , i was involved in 3G test trials with telenor and huawei back in late 2009 , but due to some reasons telenor cudnt get the license , and even if 3G shows up in pakistan , what good it will do , your handsets wont be transformed into optimus prime or anything , its just that the mobile broadband downlink and uplink speed rates will get a boost , which i assume a very few portion of the ppl are using it in and out on daily basis .
