@Nomad i just checked the with Volume control and without it
Yes there is a difference but that is very less i checked the song with FULL VOLUME (full volume is very loud btw)
so when i played the song with controller it was sounding great as it was already
after using directly sound card the difference i felt was quite minute the sound was pinching the Ear Drum with controller the sound wasnt pinching the ear drum
if i would like to tell in percentage i guess it will 5 to 8% difference it is not something like 25% loss after using controller i hope that answers your question if i didnt explain it well let me know
Thanks for the effort mate. I really appreciate it :)

I did a little more research on the web and found out that the audio control module negatively affects surround sound. Users of open back headphones like HD598 reported greater degrade than users of closed back headphones like ATH-M50x. I still would have gone for Zx model if the price difference was only $20 like when you bought it. But currently price difference is $30 and considering extra shipment charges due to bigger size box and extra weight, I bought simple Z model for $65.

Congrats. But if you really wanted to get more out of your headphones you should have gone with a dedicated DAC/AMP setup.
Thanks
i am quite happy for now the main reason for the upgrade was there was no support left for that ages old xfi titanium as i upgraded to windows 10 and wasnt willing to go back just for the sound drivers may be in future i will invest on it

Didn't creative release official Windows 10 drivers a few months back? Did you try those? I'm looking for a cheap sound card myself.

i tried using the windows 10 driver for XFI Titaniun and it was shitty in the end i was using the Card without Driver (which gets detected by windows having No Console ) i even tried modified drivers By PAX that didnt help as well one of my friend also had a same issue using the same soundcard i also recommended him not to use any drivers and then soundcard sounds like built in after that so it was not serving the purpose
