2 fried kababs
3 slices of brown bread
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 small bowl of Maggi noodles
250 grams of yougurt
1 scoop of whey protein

I'm going with sehri-less rozas this year. Sehr time is 3.30 AM and I have to get up for work at 7.30 AM. (and I am a *terrible* sleeper, so waking up at 3 and then trying to sleep again for 1, 2 hours would leave me in a zombie-like state). Offering fajr prayers with zuhr but eating heavy before sleeping so it can last me the full day.

3.30-ish AM Sehri and around 22 Iftari..

I am reallly wishing the temperature doesnt rise above what it is right now here..then the sweat will come :(

Alright, for the first 3 days.

Day 1:

Sehri: Dahi, Tea, Paratha and Chicken Korma.
Iftari: Pakoray, Fruit chat, Channa chat and lots of juice! Oh, and watermelon ofc.


Day 2:

Sehri: Paratha, Tea, Omlette and some left over korma.
Iftari: Rolls, Biryani and channa chat!

Day 3:

Sehri: Dahi, Chicken karahi, Roti, And ofc, TEA!
Iftari: Seekh Kebab, Tikka and burgers! Topped it off with watermelon.
