They are lying. VDSL starts from 5 mbps transform package. If transform packages are not available at your exchange than VDSL starts from 8 Mbps which [MENTION=36166]iNCEPTiON[/MENTION] is using.

I think you are using transform package. Just call to help line and shout on them to shift your package to VDSL transform package and give you VDSL modem.

yah i have downgraded to 10mb vdsl for now.. after a few days will upgrade to 20mb again..

brother 1236 guys are helpless. shouted many times.. had to talk to higherups to get my issue resolved. finally i have internet after 3 days...

Na bhai ab to meri touba ha from upgrading ptcl dsl to anything above 20mb. Waited full week to be upgraded to 50mb , only to find out tht my line doesnt support it. Snr ratio drops so low tht modem doesnt even sync. Will upgrade to 20mb after a week..

For the ITR region, it only shows BT exchange.

Not in the list but there's a good chance because a lot of employees live there and transformed packages are only available at exchanges where the equipment is capable of handling high speed internet, and F8 was one of the first to get GPON.

They don't even provide VDSL, I'm eating their heads since 1yr. DP is one house away and Fiber Cabinet is less than 300m away room my house, still no VDSL -.-"

What news you have about I-9/10/8 ? when i can expect to get transform packages ?

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.
