Okay, how do I go about this?
Usually my exchange does stuff when I visit them physically, this time that didn't work either.
I requested for a 12Mbps upgrade a few days ago, been more than 4 now. The twitter guy promised a 48hour time frame in which the line rate would be changed. Nothing yet.
He keeps copy/pasting the same inconvenience is regretted bullshit reply but isn't doing anything about it. My exchange insists that I call 1236, which doesn't work as they just keep 'forwarding' my requests.
I don't want the bill of this month to show 12Mbps but I'm only getting 8.
