I'm having problem with my PTCL Broadband 2Mbps. 1 month hogia hai or complain pr complain kraha hn. kehte hain hojaega sahi, krahe hain, exchange se problem hoe to krdenge theek nahi to technican aega, na technician araha hai na sahi horaha hai problem, kehrahe the k exchange k head ko high priority pr complain forward krdi hai. Yeh woh. I am really tired of this. Can anyone suggest what should i do?
P.S : they are also going for concession in the next bill. BTW Where should i go and complain so i can get my internet working?

well it shows 8mpbs is not availible in your area its seems weird but its pee tcl everything is possible i forgot the last time my ping was below 300 i complaint everyday but nothing changes till now you should do it yourslf check the wire outside then callout a lineman for repairs.

Blinking DSL Light. Tried direct switching of PTCL Cable instead of splitter. Still same issue. :(

can you guys stream youtube vids on 1080p / 720p on ptcl 8mb connection ...hell even on 4g its buffering some times its not ...now it is ..whats the hell is wrong

Yes it works fine bt during night till 12 or 1 am it just touches 1 or 2 mb ....but after 1 am 1080p works fine...earlier it used to work all day but now it seems they throtling speed from 6pm to 1 am

Internet is absolute balls.
Has been like that for a WEEK now.

Browsing is shit, even with OpenDNS, I'm not even kidding, it takes about 20-30 seconds to load Google.

Downloading is impossible and online gaming is unbearable.

I couldn't connect to a single server on BF4, all had 1 bar latency and the pings to any server are terrible.

How bad is the cable cut and when will it get fixed?
This is ridiculous.

I was able to stream both 720 and 1080 on YouTube before the cable damage.
Now I can't even load 360p without buffering.
When is it going to get fixed?!

    It may win the "best visuals" category, but that's about it. A GOTY contender needs to nail all aspects (Story, Gameplay, Visuals, etc)

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.
