Same here... Even Telenor is acting up weird since morning .. Sometimes works really good and when you start enjoying the speed it goes down the drain.

When I gave ptclcares the link to both tests about packet loss and told about that this is happening on any international server, online streaming stopping in middle or game having packet loss effect he says this not the issue and these sites don't give pings test right told me to use winmtr. I used it on 8.8.8.8 there were packet losses but not at end point so he said nothing wrong, then I used ip of Coventry from pingtest and tested it there were same number of errors from it and gave him the pic using the winmtr and he said this is outside our network and we can't do much about it. I am getting confused here. what to do to get this fixed?

Yeah same here. The internet stops working every minute or so for a few seconds. Which in turn results in slow browsing (have to keep on refreshing) and download rate going to 0kbps to 420kbps (4MB connection here).

Getting full speed without a hitch.

What does this mean?
"Total DSL charges will be capped at Rs. 4,999"


Also is there a good way to keep check of your bandwidth so i dont go over?

I'm getting weird speeds on my 4 Mbps PTCL connection...again! Funny thing is, outside of speedtest app I'm not getting download speeds of 1 Mbps even!
