Check your house's internal wiring, if the wire isn't internal then take a look at the wire coming into the house into the socket. If things in the house check out then lodge a complain @ 1218 or twitter.com/PTCLCares
There is only a single wire coming in the house and it connects to a filter and then my modem. There is nothing else connected to the wire and there are no extensions either :/ I've submitted a complaint to the myPTCL portal first (because the phone operators are shit).
As far as I know, 'PPP' is interface your router uses to connect to PTCL's network. When I was configuring my connection, the router asked me to choose my default gateway and DNS Server, but in the options, only 'ppp0.1' was available. Sooo... Try changing it back to 0.1 and see if that works!

Aoa anybody having 2mb ptcl connection please tell me that what is the upload sped you are getting I am getting 400 which is too less according to ptcl it should be above 700 I called 1218 several times but those mfers are not fixing this issue please guide me what should I do I tweeted the ptcl cares guys let's. See what hapens if this doesn't work guide me what shouldi do
