my internet speed went from 4mb to 2mb randomly 4 days ago and everything is super slow now, snr margin is fine 27.6 and downstream 4607 upstream 1274 so everything seems fine i dont get what the issue is. i registered complaints for 3 days straight they keep calling the next day saying they "fixed" it but its still slow as hell, i also tried the G.dmt thing that was posted in the first page but when i do that the internet doesnt even startup (3rd light never lights up). is there anything else i can do? i live near bahria town in pwd

pings are erratic. they jumpe from 200 to 430 in sec then back to 301 and then back to normal within a ouple seconds.

They don't track torrents so you shouldn't worry too much.

i used to dowld 350gb+ per month n accordin to em i hav only dowlded less than 150gb,,

i use torrents for dwldin, so majority of people say ptcl dunt track torrents, their employees will say they do but they dunt,,
when i was upgraded to 4mbps couple of years ago i used direct dwld mostly n dwlded 400gb+ per month,,..but i i never got billed 5k..,, so another possibility, ptcl dwld trackin system sucks,,

its unlikely to happen, now a days everyone uses net meter etc, so if that bomb happens one has proof that he hasnt crossed 300gb+ limit,,
as i said before, just to be safe check with em every week, so u'll hav an idea on how to plan ur dwldin rest of the week,,

I have used mobile hotspot with laptop n using 5gb package of Rs 500 per month... You have to buy shared internet plans if you wana download stuff, warid is best in all aspects n you will get easily 16 mb speed
