Get zong 4g broadband dongle. This is your only solution for now.My internet is down since Friday and only adsl light is working. Lineman said fiber upgradation is in process but my whole house is angry due to no internet and smart tv ._.

bec of situation in Rawalpindi and isli have no idea but my connection is only stable if HEC errors are more than 32000 and weird thing is that once my line gets connected the amount of errors goes above 32000 around 32457 or something and then after that there are no more errors. Even if my connection is alive for a couple of hours no more errors.
As of today my line is crappy and phone is dead so SNR margin is around 5/6 db and i am yet to register a complaint for it.
[Edit] I think PTCL is blocking YouTube because i cant access it without VPN.

I am using 50Mbps Transform Package and from last 2 weeks my SmartTV was flickering a lot. It was port upgradation issue and it needed to be upgraded. I registered a complaint and received daily automated calls. I pressed '2' as usual on automated calls as my issue was not being resolved and no one even once visited from Exchange end to check it, just automated calls daily ~10-11 A.M.
Today, I woke up and found out that there was no DSL light and all my wiring is perfectly fine. Neighbors had their lines and internet up and running (I confirmed). I called the DSL technician of my area and he told me that due to complaint being active and lodged over 200 hours, 'YOUR INTERNET HAS BEEN DISABLED/DISCONNECTED FROM EXCHANGE END'. THEY DID THAT ON PURPOSE! He fucking told me this without any hesitation or any shame at all and that he can't do anything about it.. asked me to come to exchange to talk to technical department. WHAT FUCKING piece of shit is this? This happened to me last month as well. I had line parameters issue and complaint was over 3 weeks old, they never solved it instead closed my connection as I was NOT CLOSING THE COMPLAINT? (moronic s**t holes) . That time, I managed to call Exchange SDO and he got my Internet back within an hour by calling DSL/Lineman of my area! But today, SDO was not available in Exchange when I visited.
I went to Exchange complaint department and talked to the guy who was technical manager something there. I explained to him the issue and he said 'aisa to nai karte hote magar agar customer ziada tang kare, janbooj ke complaint na close kare to possible hai aisa hoa ho'. MIND BLOWN!? Customer TANG KARE? MORONS! They don't resolve the issue and then go on saying that I WAS SOMEHOW CAUSING TROUBLE?. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS WRONG WITH THESE ILLITERATE PIECE OF MORONS!? Anyway, that guy told me that he will lodge the complaint from there and get it activated around evening (5-6 PM). It's 8.P.M and still NO DSL. This happened to me before too and I contacted TWITTER about it, also emailed ptcl care. Guess What? Twitter PTCL Care handle is just useless, it is just like online version of 1218. They open complaint from there and send copy/paste scripted messages, same is the case with ptcl care email. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THESE FUCKING PIECE OF CORRUPT SHIT EMPLOYEES, HELLO TO THE CORRUPTION!
Does anyone know or have any idea of any PTCL HR Department or any Higher Authority where I can report the issue and get this shit fixed and pull those motherfuckers back to Earth! I heard that there is some Usman Ghazanfar guy who manages PTCL Gaming and is actually a sensible person. Anyone got his number, email address, something?
