I did message the ptclcares guy he asked for my landline number and contact number now let's hope it all goes well fingers crossed...

Yes but ur current line (which is ADSL) is able to support 20mb if u wish to upgrade

Also try checking if VDSL is available in ur area and get that

I used to even get 35 ping (non-peak time) until the damage. Was really bad after that. I played 2 csgo games with a friend who is on some local cable internet which is powered by cybernet. He was getting 25 ms in dxb and 45 ms India(bombay). Asked for trace route. Interesting part is he was on PIE not tw1.

But PIE and TW1 are both damaged , how come he is getting 25ms ping? Thats very strange.

I used to get the same results with about 8 hope on TW routing before the cable cut in July. This is normal but it makes no sense right now as you said

guys any one see the PTCL bills WTF -- i upgraded my package to the new offer 10mb @ rs.3000/- but my bills show rs.4600/- wtf is this --there is no information on why the esclatioon of bills even if i add tax should come roughly to 3900 with the rs.250 package ----wtfff same goes for 4mb 1775 package showing rs.2400 bill .
