guys any one see the PTCL bills WTF -- i upgraded my package to the new offer 10mb @ rs.3000/- but my bills show rs.4600/- wtf is this --there is no information on why the esclatioon of bills even if i add tax should come roughly to 3900 with the rs.250 package ----wtfff same goes for 4mb 1775 package showing rs.2400 bill .

10mb is for 2500, just call the helpline and confirm. Ask them about the breakdown of the bill.

Nayatel is on PIE and its 49ms ping where as PTCL is giving 160ms. Thats strange

This country is run by beghairats higher management that does not give a crap about ordinary civilian.

I plag Dota 2, its been 8 years this game is out, and i still cant find a stable internet which gives good pings

Before dota 2, we were on garena which was also a nightmare

Jo is mulk ka liye kaam karna chahta hai, usko karnay nahi detay or na khud kartay hain

No wonder there is brain drain

Jumped out of my seat hearing tw1 is fixed booted battlefield 1 still same shitty 270 ping on tw nayatel . Dxb is fixed though so we are getting close I guess

Yeah ptcl was giving 160 Transworld bandwith pay it's 270+ but when tw 1 will be fixed it will be better
Tw1 is not fixed rocket league FIFA and bf are still garbage atm, it seems ptcl is fixed towards Dubai because someone just sent me a pie traceroute and they are getting 40 ping in bf1

It's fixed. The routing is still not back to normal except for dxb.valve.net otherwise it wasn't possible. As I said on my previous post I'm getting 20ms on valve. I have already emailed i3d. They had messaged me last saying that they were in contact with TW and knew the cable was getting fixed some time in August and they'd follow up with me by the 21st of August and by then everything should be fine.

I am still getting 170 on valve

It's fixed. The routing is still not back to normal except for dxb.valve.net otherwise it wasn't possible. As I said on my previous post I'm getting 20ms on valve. I have already emailed i3d. Where did you talk to them? I can confirm they host the middle east servers for EA BF1 and FIFA and also rocket league.

They do host them someone misinformed you , they are even in the trace route ,last I talked to them they told me they fixed our routing by routing it from Oman (omantel )the day they do fixed it tw1 got damaged , we are some seriously unlucky people . I am getting 60 on dxb and 80 on Indian dota 2 server on tw but horrible ping in all id3 two of my friends on ptcl are getting 35 Ms on bf1 right now on ptcl

How do you post pictures here from mobile I can send you their trace routes ,sent them to nayatel a little while back so fingers crossed they did replied that they optimized it but I'm in gym and will see when I'll go back home

Ptcl is random. It's not something that will last. Look at what they said right now.

We had drawn the same conclusion a few weeks ago, and contacted both NOC about it, but unfortunately this routing policy is unintentional. So at the moment PTCL benefits but in reality Omantel "should" not be doing this.

I did however suggest PTCL/Omantel to investigate whether this could be expanded and legitimized.
