Okay, now that @zafarabbasrizvi has essentially proved what I was trying to say (that Mhz won't make a big difference when your signal quality isn't great - and it won't make a difference around 80% of the time), which network would be the best?
Consider pricing, reliability, coverage within the city and on highways, and voice quality as well as the performance of 2G data (because let's face it, 4G isn't widespread, and 3G drops signals)... and the amount of complaints that exist (and the propensity to resolve those complaints as well) when deciding.
(nope, I'm not changing my network unless I get bumped off the employee package, despite the numerous shortcomings).
