These things exist, ill tell you bit of my story, September 2014, My house is 1 storey building and ground floor, there are two rooms on the storey and 3 rooms on ground floor, me and rest of my family lived on ground floor, i was about to get married in September, so i setup my one of the room on the top floor, i got married moved their, lived first two to three months fine their, after some time at night we used to hear noises from the backyard of the top floor(its an open air space which we call aangan in urdu), i myself used to go there and smoke some cigarettes, take a walk and spend some time alone, so we used to hear noises from back there, it was getting worse and worse day by day, hearing noise of the back door opening and shutting, stuff boxes being smacked down, i even ran sometimes grabbing pistol thinking someone broke into the house no but there was nothing, months passed my wife feared so much to be alone there couldnt sleep at night, heck even i was afraid to go down there in backyard after some time and 1 year of my marriage passed we could'nt conceive a baby, went to doctors, got tested everything results came fine, and then one night was playing battlefield on xbox around 2 am, had a sudden urge of cigarette, went back there started smoking standing there, felt like a touch on my back like someone put hand on my shoulder saw back there was a black cat staring right at me, it did scare me a bit but not that much so finished smoking turned off xbox went to the bed and slept, so i dreamed " Standing there same thing smoking cigarette, someone touched my shoulder saw back there was a lady with horrible face old facial features scary, grabbed my neck and threatened if you don't get away from here tomorrow you won't conceive a baby ever" woke up horrified at 4 am shivering told my wife and mother, moved same day to the ground floor and next month we conceived a baby boy he is now 11 months old alhamudilah .. so brothers my point here is that never make fun of these thing it can happen to anyone. even still i hear the same voices some day from the ground floor so these things exist.

Let me tell you my friend's story... maybe that can give you an idea of what is going on...

My friend is the youngest of the siblings. He has 1 elder sister and 2 elder brothers. Back when this happened, the sister and the eldest brother were both married and settled in US, where as he and his other brother were single and living in PK in a rented apartment. Both of them worked, I forget where his brother used to work but my friend worked in TRG (before I joined). My friend's parents passed away when he was 10 and his sister mostly took care of the brothers until my friend reached teenage. Their dad left them some properties that helped them carry their life forward a little. Anyway...

I've been friends with him for a long time, before this shit even happened to him. The following incidents happened in a couple of years when he started working at TRG while I was still working at the old place. In the span of those years, I didn't have contact with him (in all honesty we were not 'buddies' back then, just guys who knew each other and hung out couple of times. Our true friendship happened when I started working at TRG myself). Even when I joined TRG and we met up, he never disclosed his story to me. It was not until several years later when one day he came over to my place which reminded him of Park Lane (im just two houses down the clinic). He was kinda lost and I asked him to if everything was cool. That's when he told me the following. I only remember bits and pieces of it, he was giving out so much info while talking so fast that I couldn't keep up with him, plus i was kinda in shock hearing the whole ordeal.

Anyway, several years ago when my friend was in his early 20s and joined TRG (for the first time), he fell in with the wrong crowd at work. Specifically this one goth chick. She was... well she was a satan worshipper. So my friend used to hang out with her and her gang a lot, doing all sort of drugs and worshipping whatever the fuck he wanted. I never got details on what 'satanic' shit they used to do as my friend continued to shrug off the subject whenever I ever brought it up and said it was 'fucked up'. I have a hint that it was related to humiliating the holy book etc. God Forbid.

Eitherway, with that chick in his life and all the drinking and drugs my friend was into, shit was about to go bad. It first started off with voices and strange shadows at night. He said it was demonic presence and he could feel it. He, like you said, was also attracted to raw uncooked meat and fucked up food diet. He would have strange thoughts, especially at night. This was not the result of substance abuse, it could be but not to that extent because an avid and good druggy knows exactly what kind of shit the drug will do to him. This shit was different. The 'demonic presence' was so bad with him that over time it was affecting his work. Rage was out of control and he would fight with 'his demon' who he said would follow him everywhere. He said he would continue to see shadows and they would harass him and say shit to him.

He told me that it was getting so bad that he would hear voices in his head and would frequently fight with his brother as he would hear his brother say shit to him even when he actually hadn't. In one incident, while both of the brothers where with their own chicks in their own private rooms, he 'overheard' his brother talk shit about him from all the way from his room (which physically is not possible due to distance of the rooms). He threw his girl aside, went into his brother's room and beat the shit of his girl and his brother. That's when his brother and their other friends had enough of him and dragged his ass to Park Lane Clinic.

Eitherway, long story short, ParkLane gave him some meds and did some checkups on him. I believe they kept him for a couple of days too. He had some form of schizophrenia and other disorders. Medication was heavy and it was not pretty dealing with the thing but he managed to fix it up over several months. Not before losing his job (second time) as the first time it happened due to rage incident in the office. He had also moved on from the crazy goth chick.

Wanna hear a really fucked up twist... later in the year his brother went through the same schizophrenia shit. Good for them though, they knew exactly what to do before it got worse.

Both brothers are now good. His bro is now married and living in KSA whereas my friend has a stable job in Malaysia. He's toned down on substance abuse but weed and beer are still part of his life in a steady and safe amount. He's a pretty cool and funny guy if you know him personally. Too bad he got fired from TRG twice due to his mental health problems. But thank god, he actually resigned with dignity when he left TRG for the third time lol!


So OP - I'm not saying you're abusing substance or you're going through same life choices, what I'm saying is that I see similarities in your story and his. It would be a good idea to have it resolved before it absorbs your life.

maybe change your area of sleeping
maybe just say sorry maybe you did something bad to them
