You should check the card on some other system....

Try messing around with the graphic settings in the game.

If that doesnt work then completely remove all graphic card drivers, restart, then reinstall drivers. For safe side remove and reinstall directx too. I am pretty sure it has something to do with graphic settings. A reinstall of drivers and directx should reset everything

I have a feeling that a hardware problem might not exist. But there is no harm in sending it in for RMA.

But first do reinstall the drivers and directx in the way that I had described, just to make sure

@edenkhan if u are using 16bit colors than switch to 32bit..
