Anyone know of any good swimming pool(hygienic and not crowded around dha/cantt lahore? If you can, please provide address and rates aswell. I don't know how to swim, so I'd need an instructor.

^^^ dha club has a pretty good swimming pool tho u would need a membership but if u got a friend with membership u can make a guest pass there :)

I go to Gymkhana and Royal palm but they are pretty far from your location and Gymkhana's memberships are almost impossible to get nowadays....How about Shapes in Gulberg...Ive heard that they have a really good pool :)

How much does it cost to get dha club membership? I can't find info on gymkhana, but Royal Palms isn't for me. As I understand from its website, I need to pay 1.3million PKR to get membership, even though I only need it temporarily(6months-1year + I just need the pool).
Hmmm any reviews on shapes? They say they've got a branch in y-block aswell.

Its not much far from DHA (Gymkhana). Just a 15 mins drive.

Acha actually I come from another side of town so I didnt know that ....yeah actually if they take the fortress stadium route then it aint long...
Meray ghar sai gymkhana jaatay howay 25 mins lag jaatay hain...But theres no use of talking about gymkhana atm...My dad got his membership like 15-20 years ago ...tab mil jaati thi...now its too exclusive and getting a membership isnt easy and the waiting period is too long :)

Dont know about the Y block shapes but the one in Gulberg has a good pool...Gymkhana is outta the question...if you apply today you'll get the membership in like 7-10 years :p
On the other hand I have the membership but its been a long time since I set foot in it :)
Royal palm is closer so I occasionally go there...its been like 3 months now...But the thing is that shapes is your best option ATM :)

Yeah you're right. My dad got it long ago too and he had to try really hard to get it even then.

Gymkhana is really exclusive..It is really good though...Royal Palm is nothing compared to it and this is coming from someone who goes to both...Gymkhana is all about prestige and has a really extensive history behind it...whereas you just go to Royal palm...pay the money and you are member ...
Gymkhana's membership isnt expensive but one must wait a decade to get it
Btw Talal do you agree that at the start one is psyched to go to these country clubs but over time people go there less and less often over the years :p
The last time I went to gymkhana was to get a pizza and a few burgers packed :p...They are cheap when it comes to food ...well being a member has its perks ....I dont even remember where my card is now :p its been a while I set foot there ...:p

My dad has a Royal Palm membership and I hate its food. Gymkhana has really nice food and its very cheap too. My dad is now going to terminate the Royal Palm membership since we hardly go there. So yeah you're right. I like the Gymkhana Library too, it has a wide collection of books. Yaar Ashhad kisi din golf khelne chalte hain :).

Golf...Never played it magar time mila to zaroor chalain gai. :)
Not a fan of swimming anymore...done with that a long time ago :p
Gymkhana ka khana to uff hai na...kamal hota hai and its cheaper than any of those rip off restaurants out there :)
Royal palm ki membership terminate karna hi banta hai...Ill ask my dad to do the same cuz there's no point keeping it anymore...plus I dont like their golf course or pool :p
The best place to be is gymkhana...especially smoking while facing the Golf course at night...The golf course does look great at night :)

Haan woh 5000 rs bhi jaata hai...sahi hai terminate hi hoga...Swimming sekh lai..its fun :)

    It may win the "best visuals" category, but that's about it. A GOTY contender needs to nail all aspects (Story, Gameplay, Visuals, etc)

    BTW, i started Ghost of Tsushima, and it got me hooked within the first couple of minutes. I already know It's gonna be a memorable experience. This is how you make a proper Samurai game. Not that SJW game Ubisoft is making.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.
