It ain't irrelevant because people need to know which version is more stable
None of them are stable 🤜 🤣

For frame times, see DF, VG Tech, or the Necrokiller-certified NX Gamer's analysis for more 🤜
They all tell me its a disaster 🤷‍♂️🤣

None of those analyses referred to the console versions as a disaster based on their data. Then again, that would be a subjective assessment anyway. The data objectively proves how one version performs better than the other 🤷‍♂️

But then you proceed to pass your own subjective statement as objective.

the game is still broken and a disaster.
Terms like "broken" and "disaster" are your own subjective interpretation of the data. Comparative data can only objectively tell whether one measurement is less than or greater than the other. And we also know, by definition of the measurement, if lesser or greater is better. Therefore, the PS5 version is an objectively better performing version of Jedi Survivor than the PC version  🤜

Comparative data
But you're the only one making a comparison. Digital Foundry covered the PS5 version on its own 🤷‍♂️:ROFLMAO:

Coupled with its low rendering resolution, the 60fps performance mode is a tough sell - and just feels like it's lacking optimisation.
"a tough sell".

And look, they even experienced glitches and crashes. :ROFLMAO:

For all the promise of its visuals, the game's performance isn't up to par - and I also experienced animation glitches, collision bugs and an outright software crash.
Should anyone choose to buy it after this, that's their own subjective (and poor) assessment. 🤷‍♂️ :ROFLMAO:

They provided the data.
A subjective statement based on the data 🤷‍♂️
Nope.

We know the objective baseline that games must adhere to, consistent frame times. Even CerebralTiger has mentioned he wants a "straight line" frame time graph 🤜

Jedi Survivor fails miserably and that's a fact backed by data.

Anyone looking for "better" or "comparative data" is showing their subjectivity.

The baseline is different for everyone. Necrokiller can't even notice a "slight" pause :ROFLMAO:

Data tells us the PC performs worse than the console versions.

Comparative data is not subjective lmao

Just finished this last night.

Got some mixed feelings about this game. I really enjoyed the first game and i thought this one had a way better story and characters and some excellent pacing. But god damn, the game ended on such a weak note and all that feeling of an excellently paced game sort of got muddled by it.

Visually, the game looks sublime but it performs horribly on the PS5. There were consistent frame rate drops in the performance mode and if i had to guess those drops felt somewhere in the range of being 30-40 fps at times.

Also, the game felt pretty short to me. Or maybe its the way the ending was designed that it felt short. I mean all the while you are chasing for a planet that the whole game revolves around and then the game ends without giving you a chance to see it properly for yourself.

All the while i felt that I would actually journey to more planets but the game really has 1 proper planet that's sort of a short open world and then 2-3 more support planets that are pretty linear in their design. And the story keeps on making you jump in between them.

Overall, i still enjoyed my time with it but thought that this could have been so much better. 8/10.

That awesome 99.14% frame time at 16.67 ms on PS5. Only 5 instances of stutter in stress test across performance intensive areas in over 12 mins of captured footage, despite the increase in resolution.

Safe to say the game now performs brilliantly on PS5 (and probably Xbox Series X). A shame about the PC version :ROFLMAO:

*In b4 but not everyone notices stutter" 🙏

I know right? Imagine not noticing 96 more instances in just the 12 mins 4-5 mins of which were just slow walking. HOLY YIKES!

despite the increase in resolution.
Holy shit wow it went from sub 1080p to sub 1080p ( 960p from 864p ). What an increase :ROFLMAO:

WTFFFF @ FSR2 image quality :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

That's judder. Don't listen to guru leadbetter  🤜

And even if you want to count it as stutter, it's waaaayyy better than how the PC version performs, so there's that 🤜

Whether its by an inch or a mile, an increase is an increase. The best version of Jedi Survivor just got better 🤜

Right, lets listen to CerebralFoundry instead. Yikes! :ROFLMAO:

Increasing base resolution should technically help FSR2. A mile might see ever so slight but not meaningful improvements. An inch?

Not so much. :sick::sick::sick:

Come back when Respawn doesn't sacrifice RT and fixes the performance. The game clearly wasn't designed to be played without it

HAHAHAHAHA yeh waqt agia hai. Counter argument ke liye ab "come back when RT isn't sacrificed" use hoga. How about you come back when performance ain't king :ROFLMAO:
Waqt to ye aaya hai that "fixing" the game now means disabling next-gen features altogether. :ROFLMAO:

Performance would be king if the game wasn't stuttering but the game STILL stutters. Yeh waqt aagaya hai :ROFLMAO:

Next-gen feature here is DirectStorage, or a lack thereof :ROFLMAO:

The 30 fps mode still has RT if Necrokiller wants a stable experience with it enabled lol. Respawn should've also kept the original RT mode that targeted 60 fps for the inevitable PS5 Pro 🤷‍♂️

That has been a possibility on PC since launch :ROFLMAO:

LMAOOOOO someone's already feeling how fast the current gen is aging poorly and hoping for future proof modes. YIKKKKESSS! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
