Salam PG,s i have a HP x20 LED which have 2 Input ports DVI and VGA.In Grafix card 3 ports HDMI, DVI and VGA.
so there are 3 possibilities to connect my PC with Display
!) VGA cable
2)DVI cable
3) HDMI to DVI cable
currently i m using VGA cable as anybody knows DVI and HDMI are digital interface and much faster then VGA which is analogue interface
now tell me which is better between DVI and HDMI to DVI as i mention earlier that my monitor dnt have HDMI port and i want to connect my pc with my monitor via HDMI to DVI cable
how much it will make difference?
I sold my card recently and right now dont have any card so dnt ask which card i have

DVI and HDMI interfaces both give the same video quality,its just that HDMI also supports digital audio whereas DVI does not.

But what doesn't make sense to me is that, how is this question relevant as you don't even have a GPU at the moment or were you just asking about it for general knowledge?

@ Ali Man bro i will buy a card soon but reason for asking is that if it will make any difference i will purchase HDMI-DVI cable insted of DVI cable?

Apart from the fact that you're wrong, I think he was asking me and not you.

@ Jibran85,Yes it would make some good difference,either being HDMI-DVI or DVI-DVI ........they both would produce the same quality and would be better than a VGA cable.Speaking from personal experience as I've used both.
Although an HDMI-DVI cable does come expensive,I know i got some a while back for 1K.

i am talking about DVI-HDMI cable, when u have already have a DVI cable NO need to buy a DVI-HDMI cable , It is a fazul buy
HpX20 LED is an awsome buy in 12K

I have the same monitor, I use the VGA connection for my PC and my 360 is connected via DVI/HDMI cable. Both work equally great
