Their top priority at the moment should be to upgrade all copper connections to fiber optic and optimize the connections for better performance. Who cares about such speeds when you can't even get 4 Mb at your homes.

guys its been a month that i got 1mb connection from ptcl and although the speeds are great but the medem adsl keeps on desyncing which is driving me nuts:crying:.sometimes modem keeps connected for two straight hours but sometimes it keeps on disconnecting like after 5 minutes. initially i thought that my line from dp could be the fault as there were many joints in it.So i made the lineman to install new wire from dp to to my home but still the situation remained the same.now plz tell me what should do i next, where could be the problem?
the modem is Ecolife HG510a and line parameters are different in different times of day but remain in this range
line attenuation=24/16 to 30/20
SNR margin=30/28 to 15/10

Bad pair...! Ask the lineman to put your line on a new pair back from DP/Cabinet. If that doesn't help than I DON'T KNOW lol

Unlikely. You said in your previous post that
SNR margin=30/28 to 15/10
SNR fluctuating means either its a bad/weak pair or a joint in the line somewhere is causing these drops. You've changed the line, only thing now remaining is the pair.

& btw your downstream SNR is quite low for a 1meg connection. Are you facing random desyncs?

That is high & its fluctuating. Tried calling exchange? There must be something going on because pings get high when they are working on backend or when exchange's network is choking.

as far as i check pings are too high on almost all of the PTCL dsl connections these days. don't know what is the reason behind these high pings. something is going on in the exchange or in the cables for sure. may be they are upgrading every cable to fibre

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

I tried both NayaPay, and UBL, but I keep getting "correct country selected..." error. I already have PK set there 🤦‍♂️

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!
