So, I have been trying to build the perfect PC for my needs for quite some time, and I believe this year has been full of upgrades, changes, and what not. I guess it's time that I have finally built a PC that can satisfy my needs for both aesthetics and performance. I wouldn't call it groundbreaking because there are a lot of better computers on PG, but I guess it all comes down to how one plans on using it. I actually never shared it on PG, but I think I should now, plus, I can use this thread for my future unboxings as well, and the reason I didn't go for an i7 is basically because the processor didn't offer me much in terms of performance; I use this PC purely for gaming, and my job is basically content creation/creative writing which I can do on my laptop.
The component list is below:

Intel Core i5 6600K @ 4.4 GHz.

Asus Strix GTX 1080.

Asus Maximus VIII Hero.

G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x8 gigs @ 2,400 MHz.

Corsair Graphite 780T.

Corsair CS750M Semi-Modular power supply.

Corsair H115i GTX closed loop cooler.

Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD.

NZXT Hue+ RGB LED kit.
