i'm still with the review as far as graphics are concerned. i think they're the best i've seen ON THE PS3

Just asking this out of curiosity, but how much of Killzone 2 did you say you've played again?....

Yes, definately KZ2 is better in Graphics but RE5 is not far behind. RE5 is astonishing graphically, but i went thru KZ2 2 times and it's simply graphically advance on PS3.

@ Chandoo, you MAY not had given 10/10 to RE5 in Graphics if you had a PS3 instead of 360 (ofcourse if you also had played KZ2) and don't you consider Metacritic average in you reviews? just asking . Well, it's certainly good if good games get high ratings so your review wins!

After reading the scores at the end Even a complete stranger like me can judge CHANDOOs unrelentless love and fanboyism for this game. Most of the people here are taking this review too seriously. Infact it is not, and chandoo as he dosent write professional reviews and has just wrritten this one to show his gratitude for the game he shouldnt be dealt so harshly.
This post is becoming more of a CLASH OF THE ADMINISTRATORS. PLz can we all be friends again.

I didn't say one should compare DS's graphics to that of PC. I'm sorry I over-estimated your intelligence.
What I meant was that similar gaming devices.

DS and PSP,
360 and PS3 (and hell, PC)

XBOX and PS2.

well i'm just glad none of the gaming media follows your method ask the last thing we need is every 360/PS3 game being rated on its graphics after being compared to Crysis regardless of how good it looks for the limited and fixed hardware it's on.

the DS and PSP are completley different levels of hardware, look up most DS reviews, even though the game's look like utter shit compared to the stuff on PSP, they still get the 8's and 9's in graphics if they look good for their respective system.

you should, most of the story is stand alone, even then the game has an extensive time-line feature which will fill you in.

or just watch all six episodes of gametrailer's Resident Evil retrospective. They're really well done.

Ok i do admit the review is very very good but i cant just say it was perfect as nothing is perfect in this world...no man and certainly no game.so nw i will just mention a few things I FOUND WRONG..firstly 10/10 to gameplay??havent you all played this game and heard that it has a very very big gameplay issue of standing still to shoot..i mean we are not playing on PSOne anymore so WTF were capcom thinking when they implemented this stupid lame mechanic to this great game..thats the most hated con the game and it DEFENITLY effects gameplay,i think its not 10/10 but 8.5/10.
Secondly the Graphics getting 10/10 is also very controversal...i mean the most greatest looking game ever to be produced yet was and still is Crysis and even it does not has 10/10 on graphics,its more like 9.8/10 to be estimated...so logically 10/10 graphics for RE5 means its even better looking than Crysis which quite frankly is very funny even for a console fanboy like me.
But thats what i think and it matters not what i think...10/10 is to me non-achievable score,its more like a imaginary figure that just defines the upper limit or perfection and to me nothing is perfect(Except God)...no man and certainly no game.

Totally agree with the RE4 rating, it was revolutionary. It deserves no less than 10.
