Salam . i have a question,

How do you guys offer Salah regularly? how can one make it a habit , any help would be appreciated

@crazyhassan, just like with many things in life (losing weight comes to mind), there is no shortcut, you just have to do it.

I think ultimately there are problems in our cultural interpretation of faith regarding prayers, that may offer some help to you (then again maybe not).

Humans are ultimately social creatures. It is our greatest motivator in life. And to that end I think we've completely bastardized our concept of mosques. Masjid's are supposed to be community centers, where people all gather hang out, catch up on each other's lives, help each other if possible, and go about their way. Oh and also offer prayers.

I think going in with that mentality could help: find a group fo people (not necessarily at a masjid if there isn't one close by and conveninet for you) to pray with. You'll feel social pressure to pray then (intially before praying becomes something innate) and also (and I feel more importantly) form strong bonds of kinship with your fellow worhsippers.

The problem is that masjids here are seen as buildings you rush into at the last minute and speed out as soon as possible.

I think ultimately you need to realize that it isn't something easy, it isn't something fun (though at times it can be relaxing and cathartic), it is something you have to do.

Walaikum Assalam.
Just make it a habbit and treat like a habbit. And you will see how attracted you will be towards Salah.
Just like you have to eat, chill out with friends, use fb, use pakgamers, and what else. Same is with salah just offer it as soon as you hear Azan. In start you have to force and after that you'll be offering it regularly.
InshaAllah you'll feel the essence of it
