Hey PG,
Well this is an update which I didnt wanted to write. As with life, there is some ups and downs.
The challenging news is that Team PG is set to lose 3 of the most epic guys I have personally known. Dont worry, they are all fine, but this decision has been in works since past 2 months, and I really cant delay it anymore.
PakGamers owe alot to these 4 individuals. Actually if we had a PG Hall of fame, *someone get to it, they would probably be one of the first few names.
All of them are leaving due to their personal and private reasons, I tried very hard to make them stay but I cant argue with life responsibilities. And it is very respectable of all of them that instead of hogging up positions,
they realize that they wont be able to give PG as much time as before and want their legacy to be passed on.
@CerebralTiger> need no introduction. A proper Legend and a true gamer. He is someone who is one of my mentors on PG. He made me learn thing by never overly stating something but by setting an example. Alot of younger guys may not realize, but anyone who knows CT, knows that this is a huge lose to PG. He has promised me that his activity wont drop and I hope he will be ever present and showing other members how to debate with knowledge but keeping the standards of mutual respect , that PG observes, intact.
@LeGenD123 > The guy knows his stuff. Even if you disagree with him on Nvidia or ATI, we all have respected his authority and knowledge. Our PC, hardware, etc sections wont be the same without him. Has always added extremely valuable input into Team PG and PG's PC section is, what it is, due to him.
@Journeys End > What an epic guy. An excellent and perfect Moderator for Xbox and gaming central. He has always help me and supported me as an Admin and a friend. His valuable opinion Team PG has shaped our forums for the better. He has treated everyone extremely fairly and is someone whose judgement I can trust with my eyes closed...even though he supported the wrong console
Edit > There was another guy who suggested me that hew wanted to step down due to him not being able to give PG enough time, thats @DarkLordMalik and I have come to accept his resignation.
He has been a true friend and always "got my back" on the forums and inside team pg. We will miss him and his true gaming knowledge alot.
PakGamers wishes all of them best of luck and promises to be there, whenever they need us, our doors are always open. I personally really hope, for all 3 of them, that their individual personal issues
get solved and they come back once again as I consider them to be really good friends. To anyone who is promoted in their place, has huge shoes to fill .
Well from that we move onto our next page. A couple of these guys suggested me their successors, who after discussing with the Team we decided to induct (promotion of @Arkonov, @StrikerX, @Spartan 117 and @KDKHAN) was in relation to this. And join these guys is @nafu (Who was in SV and Team UG) @AbbY .
So I say this to our new recruits, unlike any other time, this time not in Team PG's secret section, but on the main forum.
PG mods are expected of mutual respect, dedication and leadership second to none. You are joining the management team of the biggest gaming/tech forum of Pakistan, and you should be proud of that.
I uphold all my Mods to standards which are bigger and tougher than any other user group. No matter what level of your friendship is to anyone, Team PG has always made decisions which are fair and just.
Alot of people have worked for this forum and the community, make sure you do everyone of us justice.
Another excellent news is @Ottoman has settled into his life and is ready to rejoin our team.
PG is growing and we will be looking to induct a few more guys into Team PG and Supervisors positions.
Team PG is full of guys who can think of great and awesome ideas, we dont want that. We want individuals who can work their butts off and create and make something.
So before PMing me that "Nanow I want to become a mod " or " Giff mod plz" , send me a link to every article and thread you have created and initiatives you have
taken for PakGamers and I guarantee you, that you will be a part of this epic team.
