and the front page is built upon one of the most expensive and featureful themes of wp ...which has to be setup properly...and there is something pretty cool in the works for PG...which I haven't seen done before anywhere else personally

I mostly post in the tech department so I'll give my input on it. I think it really needs to be "cleaned up" as there are way too many forums and subforums for it.
The Hardware Zone should be merged as one as there simply isn't enough traffic to justify divisions on such trivial differences. This way the whole forum will look more lively and active which will benefit all. Stickies are way better to serve specific purposes. The Tech Newsroom should also be merged into one unified PC hardware forum.
The Software Den should also be merged and the description of the new forum can be something like "PC hardware and discussion" so it emcompasses software as well. There is really not a big enough PC community here to justify so many sub-forums.
The other 3 forums in the Tech Department have their purpose so they can be retained. I also think it's pretty ridiculous to have an entire forum dedicated to fighting games.
I have literally no issues with how the forum looks and I am rather reluctant about forum look changes. It's always an unpleasant experience.

dont worry, we wont completely overhaul how forum looks, just minor tweaks..and also with respect to structure we will definitely look into improving the overall experience. Our mods and s.vs will need your help though in maintaining the hardware section as some major changes need to happen there...please do help them.
Who will deal with the frauds associated with it?
We used to have this allowed earlier on but had to stop because our awaam is generally too 'bhooki' to do things legitimately...

When we merge sections..there are alot of stickies and threads which will need to be overlooked.
@AbbY on taht in game item trade are there should be a rep system , dealing with people without rep will be patheek of both the parties in the transaction , you guys should add limited liability clause to that section , if you need help in understanding what items of in game are .. i can help .. i trade in game items and know a few people too (from paksitan ofc who exist on this forum)

it should be a clear drop down menu....with the name....and yes we should have our own picture uploading area....

definitely needs a cosmetic overhaul. i know all the oldies will be deep in the member berries (south park reference) but we need to get with the times yo.

Picture system will be overhauled. You wont need image uploading websites anymore as we will be shifting to a new server.
Keep the design minimal, mostly flat with contrasting colors.

Remove "Activity Stream" from the right hand side of the screen. It looks cluttered and offers almost the same functionality as "Latest Posts" at the bottom of the main forum page.
Overall the forum looks a bit cluttered with the current theme. I am willing to see some minimal designs for this forum, because as of right now, the design feels very '2012-ish'.
Apart from this, the recent steps the admins have taken have been excellent. I can definitely see the fresh motivation to improve this forum
