Only Mertasacker and Ozil of those you mention are starters. Walcott has been out for so long that he doesn't really count.

City had Kompany, Dimichelis, Zabaletta, Aguero, and Fernandinho missing. All confirmed starters, and form the spine of their team.

To be fair, I don't think it would have made much difference even with them in the team. City just didn't look bothered. It was quite unprofessional in my opinion and surprising they would put in a performance like that one week before the League starts.
