A few questions relating to the 2DS and 3DS
I have like 20k and the only games that I want to buy are Bravely Default, Fire Emblem, Pokemon and SMT IV. Should I save some money and buy a 2DS? Does anyone know as to how much of a difference is there between the two in the previous games that I listed? What would be the prices for the 2DS and the 3DS in Islamabad? Where should I get the games from?

well for those games 2DS WOULD work fine but remember its a bit smaller than the 3ds etc and XL is the one to get coz its got better battery and larger screen, XL would probably cost u a bit above 20k or perhaps u can find one cheaper in used. 2DS is around 14k etc here
those particular 4 games would themselves cost upwards of 15k themselves bro. i myself got fire emblem a day or so ago along with project x zone 
. already have pokemon x. smt iv should be here in about 10 days too. get a 3ds XL(best version by FAR!) and get one game at a time . Pokemon wasn't that great though, after the novelty of 3D wore off -_-.

I found the demo pretty weird too. i put that down after 10 minutes, really.
its pretty much about the gameplay, which is something either you will love or hate(no real middle ground). the story is pretty ridiculous xD, its basically "how did you get here?who are you? wait, lets finish the baddies off first!" xD.but battle system can be pretty addictive. the rpg elements are fun to play around too. i really loved seeing ryu and co., aswell as the resident evil guys kicking butt. Its anime heavy, so one might not understand a lot of what the characters say, but there are plenty of familiar faces . and contrary to what i first thought, the battle system isn't "button mash to win!" like the demo suggested. the game gets harder as it goes on(And its pretty damn long!) so you have to be creative with the battle system.
I'd say play the demo a little longer, and if the gameplay doesn't throw you off, then you would probably enjoy it(I got it over the weekend and i already have 9 hours clocked ). But there's is practically no replay value as far as i can tell(Once you finish the looooooong story, you probably wouldn't wanna play it again xD)

No no. You start with a few, and you keep gaining more and more along the way . The game loves to through crap loads of enemies and pseudo- bosses at you, so you'll need all the help you can get xD.

I have resi evil revelations too . How was mercenaries 3D btw? i was thinking about getting it. Is the graphical system similar to revelations? or is there a visible difference? And how is the gameplay?

And how is the gameplay?what is ur friend code??? we could play revelations for street pass... mercenaries is good...lot of skill sets to unlock...graphics are like re5 but little low...weapons sound is not good...but music...if u liked mercenaries mode in re5 than u will love this...far away graphics is not good...but over all its good if u r a fan of re gameplay...buy it from eshop bec retail version has save problem...u cannot delete ur saveI have resi evil revelations too
Do you know where to get the prepaid 20$ e-shop cards? the only place where i've seen them around here sells them for over 3500! -_-. friggin' ripoff >_> . i already have my eye on bravely default as the next game, but i might decide to get mercs if i see it cheap enough anywhere xD. i have a thing about owning physical games( instead of digital versions) for some reason xD
You can get a eshop card from playasia.com for Rs 2600, use a visa debit card, when u will make purchase they call to confirm than they would send u the code after few mins, physical copies are better u can resell them but mercs is better digital bec of save problem, it cost $19.99, select ur location alaska so u can buy games tax free and $20 card would be enough...discount appears time to time in eshop...RE and SFIV were once for $9 each...so sometimes eshop games are cheap

So I asked around a few shops in Islamabad and they are selling the 3DS for 27-28k! While its available for $175 on amazon. Sure there has to be some fee involved in bringing it here but that's a third of an increase on the price. I'm simply not going to pay that much. A friend's friend is going to the us in a couple of weeks and I'm hoping he can bring it for me.
Yeah definately good better to get from usa its cheapest there.. plus dollar rate now down too

I got all 4 of those games too. put 22 hours into smt iv. now taking a break from it and playing bravely default. sexy so far . Almost ended fire emblem as well ^_^
