If I were u I'd buy Lg nexus 4 in 38k but that would not fulfil ur memory requirement bcz in that budget u will find a 8gb model.
Other choices for new are:
Xperia s (32k without warranty)
Galaxy s2(35k with warranty)
Galaxy nexus(32k without warranty)

Xperia S does NOT have an LED display. It's an LED backlit LCD display.

what i found in sony phones that u go higher in prices u will get less features.previously i was using xperia p and its display is way better then xperia s it got white magic technology +auto brightness adjustment which xperia s lacks.also xperia p flash light is wayyyy brighter then xperia s .
