[NBA] CPU and Motherboard

Seems like my CPU has pretty much become outdated so I've decided to upgrade, my current rig is:

Corei3 530
Asus P7P55LX
7850 2GB
8GB DDR3 RAM

I'll be having a budget of almost 35k and the most viable option that seems is a 4430 with an Intel motherboard.My queries are as follows:

1.Is there a better option available in the current or previous generation ?
2.Is the 1150 socket going to stay for a while or get replaced by another one in a year or so ?
3.How much will my i3 530 and p7p55lx roughly sell for ?
4.I have a Hyper 212+, will it fit on the current socket or would I've to sell it ?

i5 4670k is for 25500. Surely a 1150 motherboard can be had for 10000. Go with that. More future proof

1) a used i5 2500k is a better option in 14k, with a good Asrock mb. like z77 ext 4, if you are not selling it in near future, otherwise 4430 with an intel mb. is not a bad option

3) 10~12k
4) it fits on 1155/1150

yes go for haswell new with intel mobo
just get K i5 with intel mobo. later upgrade mobo to z87 when u get budget and overclock to gain performance of next gen processors

Even thts not coming out next year; haswell refresh is, broadwell is now a 2015 entity

get a good sandy setup that supports ivy as welll.
no need to spend loads on something which doesn have full support here.
and if u want to treat ur self get the K series and enjoy..
more then enough still..!!!

Thanks for the help guys, I just noticed an Asus 1150 motherboard on Galaxy H87M-E - Motherboards - ASUS

Its micro-ATX but seems better than the Intel option.

I've been thinking of buying a i5 3470 with an AsRock Z75 or the Gigabyte GA-H77 motherboard instead as it seems like a better option.Technically there isn't really a performance difference between a 3470 and a 4430 nor do I plan to upgrade in at least 2 years to come.
What should I do ?
