Regardless, we're talking about the incredibly shitty 'remaster' effort from the devs, the same hardware has had remasters which run at a higher resolution and better frame rate too

No I'm 100% legit on that. For some reason Control taxed my laptop like no other game and has been by far and wide the 'heaviest' game I've played on it.

Other modern games like RE3 etc all run at 1440p/60 without much issue, but Control could barely manage 30 FPS at 1080p on medium.

Yeeaahhh you probably used up all GPU resources to render dem browsers tabs otherwise there is no way your laptop performs worse than Pro. Not believing that for a second

Those as in the Mafia definitives ? bruh ask him the fuck happened with the console conversion or M2. It's a 10 year old game that can barely manage 30 FPS among all the other issues.

Hope they are working on a substantial patch.

Oh my god, I have no faith in Hanger 13 for the Mafia 1 Remake lol.

Not only is Mafia 2 a buggy mess, Mafia 3's "ENHANCED" edition stripped both the PS4 Pro and XBX's enhancements lol. The game ran at 1440p/1800p on them respectively before the "UPDATE".
