Don't worry LHR Meetups are full of surprises..... Just tag along.

EV is good place to go but let me remind we have to tell them atleast one day before since the place is heavily crowded on weekends. Just don't reserve the whole place because I know that will not be wise thing to do.

For this purpose the Lahore Chapter has their resident makri, @Spyder, running around the place with his fancy camera, showing off and hoping there're girls there. Suffice to say, he's always disappointed.

Alright guys.

So as it stands, I'm inclined towards Sunday. Even though there are more votes for Saturday, a lot of people have problems with that. Can we keep it on Sunday. Does anyone who voted Saturday have a problem with that?

Besides, I think it's easier to keep it on Sunday too..

Timing, I asked everyone to suggest but no one actually did. I'm going to go forward and suggest 5pm-ish. Punctuality is key, guys. Lets show up on time, and decide the time beforehand.
I'm thinking we go from say 5 to 7, then we can go grab a bite nearby and talk and stuff..

Venue, I've looked into Eclectic and there are two problems;
1- It is bloody well crowded
2- It has 10 PCs

Trusty old PX9 has more PCs and it's easier to get bookings done there. I'll suggest we go to PX9 yet again because the times where we used to book the entire GZ are long gone. I'll ask EV and PX9 both, again, nonetheless.

Where exactly is PX9.. never been .. If its on link road (as google says) I will come InshAllah...

Id prefer 6 / 6:30 onwards, that way namaz won't come in the middle. But 5 works too...

Booking will be useless if per head costs reaches anything above 500-600. If that's the case then I'll prefer EV and pay for 3 hours straight. Hopefully we can try and get a discount or something by mentioning PG.
