Well we can always talk about the possibility of having less people. I would talk to the owner personally and ask him to reserve these PCs for a certain amount of time till we are sure that X number of people are going to show up.

Just paid a visit to EV. I booked 9PCs there from 5-7 for tomorrow(with no advance fee since I'm awesome). Could have gotten the 10th PC as well but some HARCORE BORGOR GAMER booked 1PC from 3PM to 10PM -_-

We can also book consoles if few members want to play on it.

well for timings since its sunday ( i was rooting for saturday though ) 3 onwards would be fine till 6 no ? later we can go here and there etc if we want..

also about venue since ev is closer to me i would prefer that but let the majority speak let's see

if i do come i'll be coming from dha phase 2 side onwards etc so if anyone wants a ride lemme know..

I would need a ride from phase 4 if the venue is shifted to PX9. If it's EV then it's no problem.

TR will handle the venue related questions including rates. I'm told we have 9 PCs and then some consoles there.

VENUE: Eclectic Vibrations

TIME: 5pm SHARP.

PLAN: We play from 5pm-7pm (extendable, if it's fun and all, but we normally play no longer than 2 hours). After that, the plan is to go have food some place nearby. There're a lot of places around Lalik Chowk and in nearby blocks. We can decide this tomorrow, in person.


PUNCTUALITY IS KEY, GUYS. Tech Reaper has taken the initiative to book the PCs for us. Consoles we can get once we go there. Please don't disappoint!


For people who want to check the location, it can be seen on their Facebook page. It's on main Lalik Chowk, I hear. I've never been there myself, but it looks fairly simple.
