I seem not be impressed with HS now. Both time they sent me sets which had seal opened. There are many customers that buy seal broken sets from them but I dont like a set which looses its virginity. I asked them particularly on replacement that I want a SEAL packed set and the guy agreed to it. But later when i inquired they said they sent me a seal opened box to confirm that its not network unlocked or no damage to LCD had been done.
At first they were not supposed to have even a single U.K locked set. If seal is opened they can just open it , De-brand it, unlock it and then re-pack it. In end I was not convinced with theor argument
My experience was good because I told them i am not satisfied and I want refund and they did a refund. But if they had grabbed my money and told me That they cant refund, i would have considered that a bad experience.

Moreover.. they didnt charge me for Shipment although I told them to deduct 2k from my 60k. Secondly, the handset was seal opened but it was new. there was no way i could claim its a used one.
They are selling Unsealed New sets but still were giving me full replacement if there was any problem within 7 days and full hardware and software warranty.
