iPhone Gaming

Asslamaualikum!

While visiting PG i didn't see any post related to iPhone gaming, iPhone games are in so much demand but maybe in Pakistan there are not so much people used iPhone or maybe not familiar with iTunes?

There are lots of people here who use iphone here including myself but iphone gaming is not my cup of tea however I know iphone gaming scene is getting popular as iphone is getting quite interesting and addictive games.

This is one of the games which made me buy an iPhone. Graphics are awesome. This is the game you show to your friends to impress them :wink2:

If you can't jailbreak your ipod touch yourself than get it done by somebody in Hafeez Center. They will charge from Rs.500-1000. Instead of spending money to BUY apps you should spend money to get you ipod touch jailbroken.

Nomad and Necro i have tried it myself following each and everyone thing using blackrain step by step but when ever i restart my touch it asks me again for itune to plug in the device and i have to restore it again.. :S

Heres what I did..and I just upgraded to OS 3.1.2 from 2.2.1:

• Download the cracked firmware OS 3.1.2
• Open iTunes > Hold Shift and Click Restore
• Load up the OS 3.1.2 firmware (.ipsw format) and let it do its thing
• Open blackra1n and click jailbreak
• And you're done

So the actual jailbreaking part was as easy as a single click. Whereas it was quite tricky on the older firmwares. When you start iTunes... choose every option like you did when it came new.

Thats the problem, else its jailbreaking fine..but i have to jailbreak again after i restart the device again

Its not detecting my router now :S
WTH is this..it was working fine for the week since i bought it but now its not detecting any router :S Grrrr....

what you are experiencing is due to your ipods updated bootrom and well you cannot do anything about it. it's known as a tethered jailbreak and you have to do what you are doing every time you reset your device!

the paragraph below talks about 3gs but is also applicable to the new 3rd gen ipod touch.

"Note: For those of you who are planning on jailbreaking your new iPhone 3GS with the updated bootrom, you should be aware that BlackRa1n supports only a tethered jailbreak. This simply means if you have to reset your phone or your battery runs out on you, you will need to connect your device to your computer and run BlackRa1n to be able to boot your iPhone."
